Project the Fifth: A Lovely Evening

This afternoon I got home with an armload of books and a head full of troubles. I dove into the books for a couple of hours, trying to work out some tricky thesis bits in preparation for a meeting with a professor tomorrow, and then went downstairs for a delicious Mexican Independence Day dinner. Then I grabbed a cardigan and a legal pad and headed across the street to the local pub to sort out my thesis issues with a friend, had a pint of Newcastle Brown and generally worked out all the kinks to the sounds of Irish folk music. Came home and Trevor's awesome string band was practicing in our living room. I have a pretty sweet life.
